Warranty

King Casual Furniture offers a limited warranty for normal use against the structural failure of our recycled plastic lumber furniture for up to 10 years for private residential use, and up to 5 years for commercial use warranty is from the original date of purchase. We further warrant our furniture to be free from manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year from the date of purchase of the original purchaser and this warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of the product. King Casual Furniture will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective furniture with the same or similar product if discontinued at no charge or a minimal charge for discontinued furniture or parts after an evaluation of the part and/or furniture according to this warranty as outlined.

No cash refunds will be made. Shipping and handling are not covered by this warranty. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to the original dealer or King Casual Furniture as required. King Casual Furniture reserves the right to review or inspect the product if deemed necessary before processing any warranty-related issues at no cost to King Casual Furniture.

The structural integrity of the stainless-steel fasteners – used to assemble our furniture is covered under the normal terms of our warranty. However, stainless steel may rust under certain extreme conditions if not maintained as outlined under our care and maintenance section. Rusting hardware or structural failure due to rusting hardware is not covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not cover the failure of furniture which in our opinion was caused by the following: acts of God, accidents, neglect, abuse, improper shipping, and handling or loss, damages caused by animals domestic or others, and fading as highlighted above. This warranty also excludes any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product or improper use of the product.

Disclaimer: Although extremely durable to the elements, our recycled poly lumber RPL furniture may fade when exposed to direct sunlight especially red, orange, and lime green and some elements may cause staining of the furniture surface. Fading, staining, and splitting are excluded from this warranty due to weather variability or unpredictability and exposure to different climates.

This warranty is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product who assumes full responsibility for proper care, handling, and normal use of the purchased poly furniture.

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of the manufacturer.

Please note: that this warranty supersedes or replaces all previous warranties and any claims will review through the active dealer or by the original owner’s request on a case-by-case basis with and at the discretion of the manufacturer.
